This series is and amazing series that revolves around a group of special kids. In a new world, kids within a certain age group have gotten powers, some allow specialties in mechanics and some are dangerous and virtually uncontrollable. These special kids were placed into camps where they work and are regulated to keep them from the outside world. I don't even remember exactly where I heard about the first book, The Darkest Minds, but I do know that I loved this series from page one.
